K&K Construction are family firm established in Germany in 2006 and have operated in London since 2010.

Owner Kornel Kondracki is a experienced multi-trade craftsman, Kornel’s construction knowledge has incredible  breadth and depth.

We cover all of London, Surrey, East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. Our public liability insurance provides cover up to £5M.

Our small team are all multi-trade craftsman who we have worked with us for many years.

We offer a complete building service and have  particular experience in high rise, high value residential properties. We have long  standing  relationships with a  number of designers, suppliers and technical experts who can advise on layout, structure, colour, heating and home technology.

Over the last ten years we have invested thousands of pounds in specialist German tools that allow clean, dust free working. Our tools, people and methods are fast, clean and accurate. Through constant investment in equipment and staff K&K Construction can  deliver the highest level of quality on projects large and small.
